My participant observations were a diverse and fulfilling experience. I was fortunate enough to do my PreK placement in the childcare center at which I worked, which gave me the opportunity to build further upon my rapport with those children. I was able to implement small, developmentally appropriate lessons along with a read aloud of a fun children’s book. I then did a several week long case study on a single child in connection with early childhood theorists and behavioral analysts.
